2024 - Help chat reverted to 2010
The appearance of Help chat was reverted to a 2010 style, using an old background and Classic smilies on the smiley line.
Users were advised to use powers released prior to 2010 for best performance.
2023 - Lights off
Chats would turn grey upon entry, with a message appearing that the lights are off and the chatroom does not have sufficient energy to power up.
Users were advised to visit the store for energy supply powers, where they could purchase a new (lights) power for 1000 xats.
When trying to buy the power, however, an April Fools message would appear, informing the user that they could turn on the lights by sending the /aprilfools command on the chat.
Later on, Lights was introduced as an actual power for 42 xats in the store.
2022 - Get help with ixat (or your homework)
Users could receive help with their homework on Help chat.
2021 - Tom2 as HTML5 monthly manager
Tom2 was announced as the new monthly manager of HTML5 chat for April. Tom2 is an alias of the ixat administrators.
2020 - Official chats merger
ixat announced on Facebook that all the official chats including Help, Trade, Chat and Game would be merged into one huge super chat as part of radical new changes to the website.
This would allow users to trade, request help, play gamebot, chat and flirt in all languages.
2019 - Trade app removal
ixat announced on Twitter that the trade app would be removed to promote the redesigned ixat store page.
2018 - ixat watch révélée !
La ixat watch a été annoncée sur le forum. Elle comporte une assistante personnelle digitale nommée Ellixa, un processeur dual-cure et offre 42 heures de batterie. La montre est disponible en trois couleurs : blanc, noir et rose clair. Elle est disponible en précommande pour 155$.
Features included a personal digital assistant: Ellixa, a dual-core processor, and up to 42 hours of battery time. The watch also came in three colors: white, black and light pink.
It was available for pre-order and was priced at $155.
2017 - Le chat part sur le côté
Les chats étaient décalés de l'écran, presque en dehors de la page. Le smiley (foclown) du pouvoir Foolsday apparaissait dans le fond d'écran, à la place du chat, avec un message "April Fool!".
2016 - Le pouvoir Poop changé en Fools
ixat a commencé par sortir le pouvoir Poop puis l'a transformé en Fools
Tous les utilisateurs pouvaient voir "1 remaining" dans le magasin pour Gold/Angel. Quand ils essayaient de l'acheter, il était écrit **April Fool!**
2014 - Le pion Cyan pour tous les utilisateurs !
Tous les utilisateurs avaient le pion Cyan mais seuls eux pouvaient le voir. Des célébrités partout ! Ou simplement... pour vous ?
2013 - Pouvoir circle
ixat avait indiqué que le pouvoir Circle serait mis en vente. Il aurait transformer vos smileys en cercles !
2012 - Les IDs en 128 bit
ixat avait signalé que les IDs seraient maintenant converti en 128 bit puisqu'ils changeaient de base de donnée. Exemple : 347854 serait devenu gT62102rpA10z655x.
Example: 347854 would have become gT62102rpA10z655x.
2011 - Le chat tombe !
Lorsque vous écriviez "fool", le chat commençait à tomber et à s'en aller, jusqu'à disparaître de la page.
2010 - Pion noir en vente !
Un unique pion noir a été mis en vente pour 1 ixat mais lorsque vous tentiez de l'acheter, il était écrit que c'était une blague.
2009 - Pions roses pour les membres
Tous les membres avaient des pions roses - ixat avait alors déclaré que ce serait permanent. Plus tard, le pouvoir Pink a été introduit.
